How fast is the shipping & fulfillment?

We usually ship within 5 days but in rare cases it may take upto a week. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 7-10 days for delivery once the order is received. Once your order is packed and shipped, you will get a notification via email.

In some cases, backorders do occur which can delay the process. Our goal is always to ship it out to you as soon as possible.

 

What if my order is lost in the mail?

For packages lost in transit, all lost in mail claims must be submitted to teeupco.in@gmail.com no later than 7 Calendar Days after the estimated delivery date.
