Return and Exchange Policy
Cancellations-
Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours on the same day after placing the order. After that, we can NOT guarantee
that it can be canceled and do not guarantee refunds
Exchange Policy-
1)Items purchased from Teeup are eligible for only exchange, if returned within 7 days of delivery.
2)All exchanges are handled through email. Reach us out on teeupco.in@gmail.com.
3) All Items must be in their original condition- unworn, unused with the tag, labels and in the same packing.
4) After our warehouse receives the product, It is inspected for the following issues: faulty product such as a hole in a product, a print error related to quality or incorrect image if it is our fault. We are not responsible for incorrectly provided addresses that result in lost or misdirected packages.
5) If packages are returned to us for any reason and need to be reshipped there the seller must bear the cost of re-shipment.There are nominal charges of Rs 100/- for re-shipping of the product.
6) Once the product passes the inspection, we shall initiate a fresh order for you that will reach to you in 6-7 working days.
7) Please note, you can exchange the product only once with us. we do not offer exchange of the exchanged product.
Refund Policy-
We do not provide any returns or refunds.
Incase the the payment is failed, debited or double debited from customer’s account, it will be credited back to the source within 5-7 working days.
Received The Wrong Order Or Goods Were Damaged On Arrival Policy –
Please mail us at teeupco.in@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the goods to raise a request against wrong/damaged orders.
Please send us:
1) Your order ID
2) A photo of your received order
3) Please state in detail the problem at hand.
Our team will arrange an exchange and send out a new fresh product.
Please note: The items should be unworn, unwashed with all tags attached and in the same condition, in which it was delivered to be eligible for a return against damaged/ wrong goods.
